Sprocket Segments

We offer a wide selection of sprockets and sprocket segments for use on various brands of bulldozers and excavators. The same as our other styles of heavy equipment parts, our segmented sprockets are also precision machined in strict conformation with original manufacturer specifications. Both cast and forged sprocket segments are available for choice.

Precision engineering technology is adopted to ensure surpassing reliability. Through quenching, this series of undercarriage parts is provided with improved wearing resistance. The elaborately designed depth of hardening largely prolongs the service life, and also increases the resistance to bending and breakage.

In addition to standard sprocket segments, we can also offer custom made products according to client-side requirements. OEM service is also available.

Features
1. Our forged segment groups have higher strength, due to the optimized grain flow achieved through forging process.
2. Quenching treatment ensures surface hardness between HRC49 and 56. Meanwhile, the adoption of 45Mn material effectively improves hardenability.
3. The mounting surface comes with optimized performance, due to the exact design and precision machining.
4. Sprocket segments of 2, 3, 5, and 9-teeth versions are all available. We can offer products for over 50 models of heavy equipment.

The D5 series sprocket segment is especially made of 45Mn, and is machined in accordance with international standard to ensure precision. Through special heat treatment as well as medium-frequency tempering and quenching, this line of undercarriage components offers smooth wheel surface, high hardness, great abrasion resistance, and long lifespan.
