Mobile Substation

Our mobile substation is mainly composed of two parts, transforming equipment and vehicle. All transforming equipment, including high voltage incoming unit, horizontal transformer unit, and low voltage distribution unit, are mounted on top of one or several transport vehicles which are Class II chassis or semi-trailer chassis.

This product is used to replace a conventional substation in case of emergency, so as to shorten the outrage time. It can also be used to perform military tasks, disaster relief missions, geological exploration, and other tasks in harsh environment. Additionally, the mobile substation can be used as a temporary power supply for the tourist area, large buildings or major sports events.

Our annual production capacity reaches 1,000 units. Our products have been exported to many countries in the Africa, South America, Middle East, and Southeast Asia.

In addition to the above vehicle mounted mobile substation, our company also offers other two types of products: skid type and containerized type.

The skid - type mobile substation developed by our company comprises two parts, transforming equipment and skid base. All transforming equipment, such as high voltage incoming unit, horizontal transformer unit, and low voltage distribution unit, are mounted on one or several reinforced steel skid base. The product is characterized by reasonable layout, appropriate weight, little maintenance, low investment, fast return, as well as high safety and reliability. It is suitable for use in mines, construction sites, various oil and gas fields, and other places that have flat ground for supplying power. No other bases are needed. When needed, the product can be dragged by a tractor to transfer.

All transforming equipment of the containerized mobile substation, including high voltage incoming unit, horizontal transformer unit, and low voltage distribution unit, are integrated into one or several containers or container frames. It features simple and compact structure, easy operation, a small amount of maintenance, small floor space, flexible site selection, and so on. It is applicable to the power supply in mines, remote areas, construction sites, as well as various oil and gas fields. In addition, this product can be transported by the ordinary container semi-trailer.
