Special Parts Introduction
The AC26 double reduction drive axle for the mining truck is provided with the hub reduction gear. The main reducer is designed with reasonable structure and good support stiffness. Due to the combination of the forced lubrication and the splash lubrication, its service lifetime is greatly improved.
The reinforced cast axle housing has reasonable structure. Its wall thickness transition is uniform. The carrying capacity, rigidity and strength are boosted substantially. The reinforced drum brake with 500×235 super wide cast brake shoe has reliable brake performance and long service lifetime.
The HF12 front axle is the new type front axle assembly suitable for the truck working in the mine area. It utilizes the integrally cast I beam, the 500×210 reinforced brake, and other parts assembly technology suitable for mine truck. In contrast with the ordinary front axle, the HF12 front axle performs more excellently in load capacity and brake performance. It is more suitable for the harsh working conditions in mining area.
