Structure and Working Principle
The JW120×1200 concrete hollow core floor slab extruder has a group of spiral mixing blades inside its mold cavity which is constituted by the side plate, lower vibration plate, smoothing plate and the pedestal. Those blades rotate in the specified direction, so as to uniformly mix the concrete while constantly pushing it to the lower part of the vibration plate and smoothing plate. Under the function of the vibration plate, the concrete will be compacted to separate cement paste. Then, the well compacted hollow slab will produce reverse thrust against the mixing blades, thereby promoting the machine’s continuous operation.
