Vertical Concrete Pipe Making Machine

The machine utilizes stone powder, sand, and cement to manufacture 1, 000mm long unreinforced cement pipe with or without holes. The inner diameter of the unreinforced cement pipe is from 150mm to 1, 000mm. Our machine applies the advanced pipe making technology. The anti-intrinsic pressure may reach 0.5Mpa. All the pipes are one-step processed and immediately demoulded.

The motor power of this machine is 11Kw. Our vertical concrete pipe making machine needs 6 to 8 workers for per shift. The working efficiency is 10 to 20 sections per hour. Most importantly, the pipes made with the machine have smooth finish with no leakage. They can be widely applied to farm irrigation, small pumping station, municipal drainage, highway culvert, and more.

Needless to say, we can customize the machine as you require. The vibrator, alloy saw blade, and other conventional parts are optional for your choice.
