German Type Inboard Drum Axle Series
Description
Our company offers multiple models of German type inboard drum axle. The maximum load ranges from 10 to 18 tons. Different wheel track is for selection.
The axle tube and other parts are designed according to the German standard, and the parts are easily interchangeable. The tapered shaft head formed by the inner and outer bearing positions can reduce the stress concentration and improve the loading capacity.
For each model of product, ABS is available.
Features
1. Made of low carbon alloy steel, the axle beam is lightweight and it has high loading capacity, suitable for high intensity road transportation. Its mechanical properties are improved comprehensively due to the special, integrated heat treatment.
2. Having undergone the induction hardening treatment, the bearing journal has superior durability and fatigue resistance.
3. Due to the adoption of non-asbestos brake lining, the brake system shows outstanding friction performance. It is adjustable according to the axle load.
4. The world-renowned lubricant, Mobilgrease XHP 222 grease, is used.
