Features
1. The brake system of this axle is adjustable in accordance with the axle load. It enjoys excellent friction performance due to the adoption of high quality non-asbestos brake lining.
2. The well-known Mobilgrease XHP 222 grease is used.
3. Made of low carbon alloy steel, the axle beam is lightweight and it has high loading capacity, suitable for high intensity road transportation. Its comprehensive mechanical properties are improved owning to the special, integrated heat treatment.
4. Having undergone the induction hardening treatment, the bearing journal enjoys superior durability and fatigue resistance.
