Our fiber wavelength division multiplexer supports multiplexing and demultiplexing of two wavelength regions: 1550nm, and 1490/1310nm. While enabling bidirectional communication over a single strand of fiber, the FWDM device also doubles the transmission capacity of a single fiber. It is commonly used to upgrade existing optical fiber networks, and increase the capacity of optical communications networks. It can also be used in radio and TV, telecommunications, as well as Ethernet three-in-one networks.
To achieve accurate central wavelengths and high channel isolation, the fiber wavelength division multiplexer is fitted with a high precision optical fiber. Meanwhile, it is designed with a collimator with high coupling efficiency and high environmental stability.
