The shade netting is applied as the sunshade or protective device in agriculture or construction industry. Mainly made of HDPE, it features light weight, ageing resistance and high strength. A proportion of color masterbatch, antioxidant and UV is added to the product, so as to improve its ageing resistance, radiation resistance and service life. We support wire drawing and weaving.

According to different shapes, the product falls into round wire shade net and flat wire shade net. The former can be used to prevent falling rocks from hurting people in the building industry, or provide a wind barrier in a desert or beach. The latter may serve as a material of a greenhouse to block out sunlight, preserve heat and avoid insect attack for flowers, plants and crops. This recyclable product is well received due to its reasonable price and easy operation.

We are equipped with ten shade netting machines that realize the daily output of 8000-10000m2 and average monthly output of about 50 tons.

The shade netting is manufactured from HDPE, namely high-density polyethylene, and UV resistance materials. It may serve as a material of an agricultural greenhouse, or be used to prevent falling rocks from hurting people in the building industry. According to different silk yarns, the product falls into round wire shade netting and flat wire shade netting.

Functions and Application
1) The 2-needle flat wire shade netting is suitable for the greenhouse, cropland and flower nursery.
2) The 3-needle flat wire shade netting is able to block out sunlight, preserve heat and avoid insect attack for crops. It can also be used in a courtyard.
3) Due to high density, the 6-needle flat wire shade netting is commonly seen in yards or greenhouses, and ideal for the cultivation of edible fungus.
4) With great tensile resistance, the round wire shade netting is extensively applied in construction sites, for withstanding the impact of strong wind or falling rocks.
