The dry charged car battery is designed to change chemical energy into electric energy, and it belongs to the family of DC power supply. It consists of positive plate, negative plate, separator, electrolyte, terminal, case and other parts, and the plate grid is manufactured by lead-antimony alloy. The discharge process is actually a result of the chemical reaction between active materials on the positive and negative plates, and this reaction is carried out in the electrolyte, i.e. dilute sulfuric acid solution.

Functions
1. This device is able to provide the automotive engine with a high starting current during the engine start up process, and the current is usually as high as 200A-600A.
2. When overload problem occurs for the generator, our product could work with the generator to power electrical appliances of the car, and it could do this as well when the engine is under idle state.
3. If the terminal voltage of generator is higher when compared with that of the car battery, some electricity will be stored by converting into chemical energy, and this is the charge process.
4. As a large capacity capacitor, our product could well protect the electrical devices equipped to the car.

Applications
Depending on its functions demonstrated above, this dry charged car battery is mainly used for Japanese cars and German cars.
