General Introduction
The PTT series low frequency online UPS takes advantage of the static switch, state-of-the-art DSP technology, high speed microcontroller unit (MCU), complex programmable logic device (CPLD), and the 6th-generation low consumption high power insulated gate bipolar transistor (IGBT) to deliver stable and reliable performance. 1. Fully Digital Control Technology
a. Ultra stable digital circuit: Our product use advanced digital circuit to replace traditional analog circuit, realizing a great breakthrough in this field. With the help of this digital circuit, the MCU and CPLD could execute circuitry control, parameter setting and operation management in a perfect way, while the self-checking function is also beyond expectation. Moreover, sampling is carried out as long as our product works, and this technique is not only beneficial for self-checking and failure analysis of all the independent circuits on the circuit board, but also ensures stable and pure sine wave output, thus both our product and connected equipment will run in a stable way.
b. Intelligent battery management: This low frequency online UPS introduces an advanced battery management system to realize intelligent control of the battery. This management system adjusts the charge current according to battery configuration, and it also fits for equalizing charge and float charge switch, temperature compensated charging and discharge management. Aside from these, on the monitoring interface, operator could detect the running status of battery to ensure its working efficiency. In general, this intelligent battery management system helps operator manage the battery, and it can prolong battery life by 55% or even longer.
c. Intelligent detection system: The MCU will on-line detect power status, breaker state, fuse condition and working condition of all circuits in a continuous manner. If any failure occurs, the detection system will send alarm message to operator, and activate protection measures at the same time.
d. Parallel redundancy network: With the help of fully digital control technology, a parallel redundancy network of two or more UPS units is established.
2. Advanced Management Software
Our low frequency online UPS comes with a piece of management software to help users program this machine to realize flexible start up and shut down at predetermined time, and this software is also capable of battery discharge, equalizing charge, float charge and other functions. In this way, users will find it is very easy and convenient to manipulate this product.
3. High Precision SMD
Instead of conventional plug-in circuit, PTT series adopts high precision SMD to save space and eliminate undesired defects that are commonly seen for the traditional technology, thereby ensuring safe, reliable and precise running of the integrated circuit.
The combination of 4-layer circuit board and high precision SMD fully avoids interference of high-frequency signals that is generated by the chip itself to other chips, so every chip could work normally without being influenced by other ones, showing improved anti-interference property.
Moreover, due to the application of SMD technology, this online UPS shows the features of high accuracy, good resistance to high temperature, excellent filtering performance as well as stable overall performance, and its service life is extended by 80%.
In addition, the IGBT is characterized by high-speed switch, high working voltage and high working current, and the voltage type driving method requires small control power. The work efficiency of inverter is enhanced, and its temperature rise is small, realizing better reliability.
4. Information Processing Technology for Ultra Clear Interface
