The maintenance free car battery is an indispensable device for cars, and it is a kind of DC power supply that is used to convert chemical energy into electricity. It is mainly comprised of positive plate, negative plate, separator, electrolyte, terminal and case. The chemical reaction for discharge process relies on the active materials on positive and negative plates, and the plate grid is made from lead-antimony alloy.

Functions
1. When starting automotive engines, our product offers a strong starting current which could reach up to 200A-600A.
2. If the generator is overloaded, this device will assist the generator to provide power for relevant equipment that is in need of electricity.
3. When the engine is under idle state, it would also supply electricity for electric devices.
4. Under the condition that the terminal voltage of generator is higher than that of the lead-acid car battery, some amount of electricity will be converted into chemical energy to be stored, and this is the charge process. In addition, this product is a large capacity capacitor that could protect electrical appliances of the car.

Applications
This product is mainly used in Japanese and German cars.
