Motor Soft Starter

Brief Introduction
The motor soft starter is a control device for motor, and it integrates soft start, soft stop, energy saving performance and many protective functions together. It is used to realize smooth start without surges, and according to the load condition, diverse parameters for start up process could be adjusted, such as limited starting current, starting time, etc.

This product is mainly composed of three phase antiparallel thyristors and corresponding electronic control circuit, and the thyristors are serial connected between the power supply and the target motor. The firing angle is controlled by different methods, thus the input voltage for motor is regulated.

Features
1. This soft starter realizes many protective functions for the motor, such as protections against high input voltage, low input voltage, phase loss, three-phase imbalance, overload, over current, short circuit, power failure, etc. Hence, the design and installation are very convenient and reliable.

2. The starting torque, current, voltage and time can be set flexibly according to different load conditions, and the 16-digit SCM realizes full digital automatic control. Meanwhile, our product could identify phase sequence, and the soft stop time is adjustable.

3. The main circuit connection is 3-inlet and 6-outlet type, realizing online protection. The external control interfaces has multi-functions including digital time-delay starting control, soft stop control input, starting delay relay output, fault relay output, etc.
4. Our soft starter is equipped with standard RS232/RS485 interface, while the thyristor module and the microprocessor (CPU) are manufactured b SanRex and Philips, respectively.

5. The sophisticated design allows exquisite appearance and perfect mechanical structure. The base, heat sink and housing are constructed by aluminum alloy, and this more rational structure effectively increases heat dissipation performance. Moreover, the housing delivers a comfortable and elegant feeling to users.

6. There are four layers of wiring for our product while the number is usually two for common type. In this way, our product takes up less space, and the anti-interference property is improved significantly, making it suitable for different working conditions.
