1. As indicated by its name, the YZPST surface mount rectifier diode is designed for surface mounted applications.

2. The forward current is 1.0A, while the reverse voltage varies from 20V to 1000V. Moreover, the plastic package has a UL flammability classification of 94V-0.
3. Our product shows low reverse leakage as well as high forward surge current capability, and the built-in strain relief makes it ideal for automatic placement. In addition, the terminals are soldered at a high temperature which is 250°C/10seconds.
