YZPST Switching Diode

The YZPST switching diode, also called MM4148, is a kind of small signal switching diode.This silicon epitaxial planer diode allows fast response, and the power dissipation is only 500mW. Moreover, high temperature soldering process is applied for the terminals, and the temperature and lasting time are 250°C and 10 seconds.
