PST Fast Recovery Diode

The PST fast recovery diode is RoHS certificated, and the voltage varies from 50V to 600V. This product is characterized by low cost, diffused junction, low leakage, high current capability as well as low forward voltage drop, and it can be cleaned easily by freon, alcohol, isopropanol and similar solvents. In addition, the UL flammability classification rating for the plastic case is 94V-0.
