PST Switching Diode

2. This silicon epitaxial planar diode adopts high temperature soldering process, technically speaking, 250°C/10seconds. The power dissipation and voltage range are 500mW and 100V, respectively.
3. The lead is 0.375 inch long (9.5mm), and it can withstand a big tensile force of 5 lbs (2.3kg).
