Features
1. The PST silicon rectifier diode is in accordance with RoHS, while its forward current and voltage range are 2A and 1000V, respectively. It also shows the advantages of diffused junction, low leakage, low cost, high current capability and low forward voltage drop.
2. Our product can be cleaned easily by freon, alcohol, isopropanol and similar solvents, and the UL flammability classification for the plastic case is 94V-0.
