Applications
1. This 1650-type steel coil slitting line is appropriate for the high-precision cutting of metal plates with the thickness from 0.3mm to 4.0mm, the maximum strip width of 1650mm, and the maximum coil weight of 25 tons. It is generally used to process copper plates, aluminum plates, stainless steel plates, cold-rolled sheets, color-coated sheets, electrolytic galvanized sheets, and hot-dip galvanized sheets, among others.

Characteristics
1. Our 1650-type steel coil slitting line is designed with high-rigidity structure, elegant appearance, and rational process layout.

2. This product takes advantage of the seamless winding technology. In addition, the tension control system makes use of the wool felt. It can be also installed with the RB21 series or BB series belt tensioner imported from Japan.

3. The on-line type edge scrap machine can be mounted for coiling the edge material of over 2mm. Its speed is synchronous with the speed of the slitting machine. As an option, the off-line type tension-free coiling machine can be assembled for coiling the edge material of below 2mm.

4. Moreover, this 1650-type steel coil slitting line can offer the maximum cutting speed of200m/min, and the maximum quantity of strips to be slit reaches 30. Additionally, the width tolerance is ±0.05mm. The thickness of burrs is one thirtieth of that of the plate, and the minimum width of slit strips reaches 25mm.

The double knife holder is configured to enormously improve the processing efficiency of our equipment. The off-line knife positioning system helps reduce the time used for positioning knives. Furthermore, our product can be mounted with the off-line separation device, which can save the time for separation and configuration. The powerful automated capacity can greatly reduce the operating time.

5. Thanks to the admirable human-machine interface, a variety of operations can be completed on the touch screen, such as the fault alarm, operating conditions, fault diagnosis, as well as the setting, modifying and commissioning of technical specifications.

The entire machine comes with the impeccable warning system. Once the equipment breaks down, the touch screen will display both historical alarm information and real-time alarm information. The system will activate the warning indicator at the top right corner of the touch screen, and simultaneously the sound-light warning device will start to work to further guarantee the smooth operation of our equipment.

6. Beyond that, our 1650-type steel coil slitting line provides such automation capabilities as the automatic loading of coiled materials, the self-acting strip threading, the automatic processing of both loop strip and tailing, the automatic positioning of oblique mouth, fixed-length or fixed-weight cutting, the self-acting centering of the center of the decoiler, the automatic regulation of the tension of the edge scrap machine, as well as the self-acting detection of the small-diameter tailing. Also, the height of the coil lifter will be adjusted in accordance with the change of the coil diameter.
