Construction of the Forklift Truck
1. Body System
With novel structure and reasonable layout, the body system of the FDM8250 25 ton forklift truck is designed to allow the optimum space. Moreover, the high cab structure greatly increases the maintenance space, making the maintenance and repair more convenient. The specially designed cab enlarges the field of vision of the lift truck operator, which is conducive to enhancing the operation safety. In addition, the frame structure endows the diesel powered forklift truck with higher reliability.
2. Chassis
a. The Weichai diesel engine generates large power but consumes less fuel.
b. The transmission gearbox can achieve various control manipulation easily and simplify the maintenance work.
c. The drive axle has large load bearing capacity and braking torque. Thus, the heavy duty forklift truck works safely and reliably.
3. The multi-way valve of the diesel forklift is the multiple directional control valve with the pilot control for priority steering. The maneuvering lever is separated from the multiple directional control valve, which can bring about the distant control. Due to the easy and comfortable operation and good safety performance, the forklift truck operator's manipulation intensity can be relieved largely.
4. Lifting System
The mast is robust and durable. It enables good view. The sealing element of the hydraulic cylinder is imported with top quality to ensure good sealing performance.
5. Electrical System
The electrical system of the counterbalance forklift truck avails itself of the integrated current collector system. Thus, the space is saved and the maintenance can be carried out more conveniently. The electrical system is waterproof and anticorrosion. Owing to the adoption of the cooling and heating air conditioner, the forklift operator can enjoy a comfortable working environment. Moreover, the multilevel security protection is taken for the diesel engine, transmission gearbox and hydraulic system to improve the safety of the entire material handling equipment.
