Hydraulic System of the Forklift Truck
The main components of the hydraulic system (including the braking system) come from the Bosch Rexroth. Equipped with the hydraulic load sensing variable displacement pump system, the counterbalance forklift truck can realize stepless hydraulic oil supply for the hydraulic system through adjusting the position of the swash plate to regulate the displacement of the pump in line with the pressure of the load. The whole hydraulic system has high efficiency without overflow loss. It can save the energy and reduce the hydraulic oil temperature.
The multi-way valve of the diesel forklift is the multiple directional control valve with the pilot control for the priority steering. The separation of the maneuvering lever from the multiple directional control valve can attain remote control. The operation is easy and convenient with good safety performance, relieving the operational intensity of the forklift truck operator. The whole design conforms to the ergonomic principles. Meanwhile, the material handling equipment takes the full hydraulic power brake mode and the load sensing full hydraulic steering gear matched with the hydraulic system.
