I. Control Panel
No AC (under-voltage) Auto-Start Control Panel

II. ATS Control Cabinet
In the home or other application environments, an automatic transfer switch (ATS) is essential. ATS can achieve the switching between the main power (utility power) and the emergency power (generator set) without operator. When the main power fails or when the voltage drops below 80% of the normal voltage, the ATS will start the emergency generating set within 10 seconds (adjustable), and transfer the load from the main power to the generator set. Conversely, when the main power returns to normal, the ATS will transfer the load from the emergency power (generator set) to the main power, and then stop the emergency power.

Kaihua provides many kinds of ATS control cabinets that match different generator set control systems. Their features are described below.

III. Automatic Remote Monitoring Control Panel

Features
1. The running steps, status, faults and various parameters of the generator set are displayed on the liquid crystal screen.
2. With RS232 or 485 interface, and remote control, telemetry and remote signaling functions
3. Protection function
The generator will be shut down when the following conditions happen:
Start-up failure, overspeed, low speed, high water temperature, low fuel pressure, overcurrent, high or low voltage, velocity transducer with no signal, charging failure, and so on
