The low power diesel generator set refers to the air cooled diesel genset with the power less than 12 kW. Small in size and light in weight, it is easy to handle. I. Advantages
1. Compact in structure, convenient to use and maintain
Our low power diesel generator set adopts air cooling, so there is no water pump, water pipe, water tank or other related components. The engine cylinder block and head are separate, without cooling water interlayer. Therefore, the overall structure is simple, with small size and light weight. Faults like water leakage, frost crack, or oil engine overheating caused by accumulated scale are avoided.
2. Strong adaptability to environment, high reliability
Our product is able to work reliably within the temperature range of -40℃~ 50℃. It can be applied in cold or hot areas, in deserts, in frosts, in plateau or in water-deficient areas.
3. Smooth operation with low noise and small vibration, good starting performance at low temperature
Adopting optimized damping body as well as advanced silencing and balancing technology, our low power diesel generator set produces smaller noise and vibration than water-cooled product. With a built-in air heater, the engine has excellent startup performance at low temperatures.
4. Fewer emissions, low operating costs
The soot content in the exhaust of diesel engine is less than 1 Rb and the fuel consumption is low.
