Yuchai Diesel Generator Set

Our Yuchai diesel generator set is characterized by compact structure, large power reserves, high reliability, good speed regulation performance, and so on. It is equipped with a diesel engine from Guangxi Yuchai Co., Ltd. This engine was developed based on the German FEV technology. The engine block and cylinder head are made of alloy cast iron, which have high strength. An overall forged steel crankshaft and sliding bearings are adopted. The engine runs stably with little noise. And it has fast and reliable cold start performance. The overhaul period is longer than 12,000 hours.

In addition, the mating generator is from well-known domestic or foreign suppliers, such as Engga, Kaijieli, Megaton, Qianghui, Siemens, Stamford, Marathon, and Leroy Somer.

The performance indicators of our Yuchai diesel generator set meet the requirements of GB/T13032-91 standrad. This equipment is suitable for use as commonly used power or standby emergency power in various cargo and passenger ships.

1. With a digital control system, the Yuchai diesel generator set is highly intelligent. Products with functions like remote control, group control, remote metering, automatic parallel operation, fault protection, etc. can be provided as per customer demands.

1. The frequency, rotating speed, rated voltage, power factor, and wiring method of the above products are 50Hz,1500RPM, 400 or 230V, 0.8, and three-phase four-wire system, respectively. 60Hz generator set can be customized as well.
2. The generator can be chosen as per customer requirements. Generator from renowned suppliers, like Engga, Stamford, Marathon, etc., can be adopted.
