We design the 12m front engine transit bus with the models of DD6129S01F and DD6129S02F by exploiting the three-dimensional software and CAE to conduct the analysis on the computer.
At the same time of fully ensuring the strength of the frame, we realize the light weight of the vehicle. Through rationally matching the vehicle dynamic parameters, and optimizing the structure of the engine, transmission and accessory, the intake and exhaust resistance is reduced, and the cooling system performance is improved. Thus, the 12m front engine transit bus can be guaranteed with high economy. In addition, the frame of the vehicle is processed with cathode electrophoresis, greatly improving the anticorrosive property of the vehicle.
