Tungsten Steel Circular Knife

In the process of making tungsten steel circular knife, a special additive is added to give the knife a great rigidity and high hardness. It also enables the knife to be hard enough to cut metals even when heated to a red color at the temperature of 800°C. Unlike traditional tungsten carbide knives, our knife is non-stick, not broken as easily and does not soften when a high temperature is encountered. It also can be customized to have other features.

Typical use of our tungsten steel knife is to cut rubber, bakelite plate, steel plate, cardboard, plastic, chemical fiber, packing material, cigarette paper, and synthetic materials. Our knife offers outstanding performance unmatched by any of its major rivals especially in the drive belt cutting application. Experiments show that a traditional circular knife only can cut 362 belts in its lifetime while Heheng knife has a nearly doubled use life as it can cut 516 pieces of belts.
