The Shantui bulldozer sprocket should be meshed with the track chain accurately to make sure that the bulldozer moves along steadily. Together with the motor, it constitutes the medium through which the engine transmits power to the track chain.

3. The hardness of the sprocket teeth reaches HRC46 to HRC56 after heat treatment.
4. The forging ratio is higher than 2.
5. The pattern draft varies from 3 degree to 5 degree.
6. The extreme deviation of the tooth profile precision of our product from that of the standard sample is well controlled within ±0.7 mm.
