Features
1. The ZS series horizontal single-stage centrifugal gravel pump comes with only one casing.
2. Pumping body and pump cover are tightly joined together by using band clamps. Pump outlet can be rotated to point at any angle.
3. Ease of installation and repair
4. Bearings installed on the impeller shaft are available in a cylindrical shape to offer easy adjustment of clearance between vanes and pump casing. During pump repair, the bearing can be removed as a whole. Bearings are lubricated with grease.
5. Shaft Seal: packing seal, expeller drive seal, and mechanical seal
6. Wide flow channel, high net positive suction head, maximum efficiency, and abrasion resistance.
7. Drive type: v-belt drive, fluid coupling drive, frequency conversion drive, gear reducer drive, elastic coupling drive, thyristor speed control.
8. Pumping parts are made of hardened wear-resistant alloy cast iron.
9. Our gravel pump can offer a variety of pumping speeds and working models that allow the pump to maintain a high-efficiency operating state, even in the most harsh service conditions.
