It adopts the air cooling system, efficient intercooler and powerful aftercooler. Main Features of the Oil Free Compressor
1. The oil free screw compressor is of high quality and good stability, and makes use of lubricated bearings.
2. Cast Iron Structure
The cylinder and crankcase are manufactured from 100% cast iron, so as to ensure the service life of the oil free compressor.
3. Cylinder
The deep finned cylinder is cast independently and able to dissipate the heat of compressed air thoroughly. It is connected to a crankcase through the bolt, which facilitates regular maintenance.
4. Flywheel
Its vane can create a kind of "whirlwind-like" airflow to cool the cylinder, intercooler and aftercooler.
5. Intercooler
The intercooler of the screw compressor belongs to finned tube type and may be directly installed in the air-blowing place of the flywheel.
6. Aftercooler
The finned tube type air-cooler aftercooler is fixed at the same place as the intercooler. The temperature of compressed air discharged from the aftercooler is approximate 20℃ higher than the environment temperature.
7. Centrifugal Unloading Device
The oil free compressor is used to give off air from the intercooler and the cylinder, and prevent overload start.
8. Control Apparatus
All our oil free air compressors are fitted with automatic start or stop control. In addition, the constant-speed control and the double control can be selected in accordance with your needs.
9. Automatic condensed water discharge system
The automatic condensate drain valve is mounted on the bracket of the exhaust gas separator. When the industrial air compressor stops or unloads in the constant speed control mode, the system will intelligently discharge condensed water.
