WQ Series Submersible Sewage Pump

Our WQ series submersible sewage pump is designed and manufactured with advanced domestic and foreign techniques. It consists of two parts, the motor and the pumping body, which are separated by the mechanical seal assembly and oil separation chamber. With short pump shafts and compact structure, the pump also comes with a number of protective devices to ensure safe and reliable operation.

Features
1. High-quality lube-for-life bearings are imported from NTN Company. This guarantees a worry-free running.
2. Lubricating oil is filled in an oil tank positioned between the motor and the pump cover. The tank is monitored by sensor for oil level. Upon discovery of any oil leakage, the sensor will be actuated to shut off the power.
3. Wide-passage structure ensures particles of various sizes do not block the flow channel, thus reducing the risk of breakdown.
4. Motor shaft is made of stainless steel. Rotor has passed the dynamic balance test. A better rotating performance can be achieved.
5. Double end-face mechanical seal is made of titanium silicon or tungsten titanium to ensure a reliable functioning in the long run.
