Introduction of SBX Heatless Desiccant Dryer
The SBX heatless desiccant dryer is one of our popular compressed air dryers. It features stable performance and easy operation, supporting repair and replacement on the spot.

User-friendly designed, the desiccant dryer is PLC controlled and comes with a human machine interface to automatically and continuously display the working condition of two towers. This range of compressed air treatment equipment also supports on-site adjustment of cycle time.

Due to short-cycle absorption circulation, isothermal operation and good automated thermal desorption effect, the desiccant air dryer is provided with minimum outlet air dew point. The reliable air intake/ regeneration valve is durable enough to perform 500 thousand actions. The high-precision two-way regulating valve for regenerated gas makes sure that regenerated gas flow is continuous and stable, and regeneration pressure of the heatless desiccant dryer is as low as the critical value.
