250Thydraulic top drive drilling system, one of the equipment designed by ourcompany, shows great performance in the application. The maximum drillingtorque and maximum torque of break out are 26kN۠۬·m and 34kN۠۬·m,separately. The working height is 5.3m, and mud circulating pressure is 35Mpa,and the rated drilling depth can reach up to 4000m. In addition, this machineadopts NC38~NC50 saver sub, and the working voltage of explosion-proof solenoidvalve is 24V DC. Thehydraulic pump of 250T hydraulic top drive drilling system can be turned offduring drilling and directional well drilling process, thus the service life ofthe pump is extended. Besides, this equipment is able to execute drilling,redressing and tripping operations even if the hydraulic system is shut down.The integrated hydraulic system is on the body of the top drive along with theoil tank. The hydraulic system gives out low heat, and it is easy toinstall.
