Generally speaking, the 304 or 316stainless steel is non-magnetic. But in fact, it shows weakmagnetism

ascast state, and can be magnet attracted. There inevitablyexists a certain extent of composition segregation during the steel solidification, because the actual wall thickness and cooling time of thecastings are different. So it is not easy to eliminate the magnetism for common  304 or 316 castings.

We have good experience in producing no-magnetic stainless steel castings. Ourno-magnetic stainless castings can not be attracted by magnet, and have noelectromagnetic interference with other components. It applies to varioussensors and precise instruments.
