Fiberglass Wrapped Wire

The fiberglass wrapped wire is made by wrapping the copper, aluminum or copper clad aluminum conductor with 1 to 2 layers of alkali-free fiberglass evenly, and then impregnating the wrapped conductor into the insulating varnish with the required thermal rating and compatibility. After being processed with baking, the fiberglass layers as well as the fiberglass with the conductor bond into a whole.

We wrap the conductor with fiberglass tightly and evenly. The winding directions of the two layers of fiberglass are opposite. So far, the thermal class of the fiberglass wrapped wire has three grades with the maximum working allowable temperature of 130, 155°C and 180°C. The insulating thickness is graded with four types of 20, 30, 40 and 50. Featuring wear resistance, adhesion, good flexibility, excellent resistance to heat and good overload performance, the product is applicable for winding of the transformer, electromagnet, electric welder and other similar electrical equipment extensively.
