Fiberglass Enameled Wire
Fiberglass Wrapped Enameled Wire (USTC)
Asto the production process, the biggest difference between the fiberglassenameled wire and fiberglass wrapped type is that before wrapping the premiumconductor of copper, aluminum or copper clad aluminum with fiberglass, theconductor should be enameled first. Then, the following production process ofthe product is just like that of the fiberglass wrapped type involvingimpregnating the wrapped conductor into the compatible insulating coating withthe required thermal class and baking to make the fiberglass as well as theinsulating coating and conductor form a whole.
Our fiberglass enameled wire has four grades of thermalclass covering 130°C, 155°C, 180°C and 200°C. It can be employed forgenerator, electrical machine, electromotor as well as other electricalequipment of the same category. In addition, we can also provide paper covered wire, metal tape, resistance heating wire, compensating cable, and many other kinds.

Differencebetween the Wire of Magnet Type and Enameled Type
The enameled type belongs to the magnet wire which is alsocalled winding wire. The magnet wire is a kind of electric wire for making the coil or winding of the electrical machine, electrical appliance and electrotechnicalinstrument to achieve electromagnetic energy conversion. According to thematerial of the insulating layer, structure, thermal class and use purpose, itcan be classified into enameled type, wrapped type, mineral insulated type andthe special type.
a. Enameled Type
The conductive line core is coated with insulating paint. After the bakingprocess, the paint film is formed to be the insulating layer. The ordinaryenameled wirecan be subdivided into the acetaltype, polyester type, polyurethane type, epoxy type, polyester imide type, oilytype, etc. The special enameled wire contains self-adhesive straight welding type, self-adhesivetype, refrigerant resistant type, and more.
b. Wrapped Magnet Type
It is fabricated through wrapping the bare conductor or enameled wire withinsulation paper, fiberglass, natural silk, synthetic filament or other kindstightly to form the insulating layer. This kind of product covers thesilk-covered type, fiberglass wrapped type, paper covered type, film wrappedtype, etc.
c. Mineral Insulated Cable
It adopts the inorganicinsulation materials such as the ceramic, glass film and oxidation film as theinsulating layer.
d. Special Magnet Type
It is produced with theinsulating structure and characteristics fit for use in special applicationneeds such as medium and high frequency winding wire, polyethylene insulated nylon sheath winding forsubmersible motor, etc.
