Paper Covered Wire

The annealed conductor of the paper covered wire is formed through extruding or drawing the oil-free copper rod or electrical round aluminum rod by using mould of certain specification. Then, we wrap the copper or aluminum conductor with insulation paper for two layers or multiple layers.

The product can be employed widely for oil-immersed transformer and other similar electric equipment. The bare electric copper or aluminum wire processed with extrusion is the preferable material for cable wrapped copper or aluminum wire. The insulation paper can be the telephone type, cable type, high voltage type, turn-to-turn insulation type, etc. As a professional paper covered wire manufacturer and supplier in China, we also supply other types of wires, eg. stainless steel type, enameled type, hot dip galvanized type, compensating cable, etc.
