PE/PP plastic film recycling pelletizing machine mainly consists of belt conveyor, forced feed system, extruder, high speed hydraulic screen changer, water ring pelletizer, dewatering machine, air blower and silo. To ensure the stable operation, it adopts PLC control system, and all its electrical components come from the brands like Siemens, Schneider and Omron. Due to the high degree of automation, the whole production line only needs one person to supply the waste plastic and another person to collect the finished granule.

Inside the PE and PP plastic film recycling palletizing machine, the hopper is formed by stainless steel material to provide great corrosion resistance. For long lifespan, both screw and screw barrel are made of 38CrMoAIA material and treated by surface nitriding. Equipped with both drain port and exhaust port, this machine can ensure high quality granule. The finished granule looks like a disk, both size and thickness of which can be adjustable. Moreover, the granule is full and smooth without any bubble.
