PC plastic hollow grid sheet and board extrusion line is equipped with the energy saving and high efficiency vented screw. While plasticizing, the screw can discharge the steam from material to ensure no bubble on the surface. The specially designed sizing and cooling system is suitable for fast cooling and sizing of sheet material, and the furnace can be more easily controlled by temperature.

In addition, this PC plastic hollow grid sheet and board extrusion line adopts the single or double faced anti ultraviolet coextruded layer. In accordance with the configuration requirement of the production line, the external surface can be either rough or smooth. T shaped head is specialized in extruding the hollow PC sheet with the thickness range from 4 to 36mm. The number of sheet layers can be two, three or four. The included angle between each two layers can be rectangle, diagonal line or hexagon shape.
