PVC Spiral Reinforced Flexible Hose Extrusion Line
PVC spiral reinforced flexible hose extrusion line includes a specially designed high performance single screw extruder. The production speed can reach 15m/min to 25m/min. Both screw and screw barrel are unique in their structure. To give high reliability during operation, this equipment utilizes PLC electronic control system. According to their requirements, customers can select Siemens, Omron, Schneider and other brands for the electrical components. To avoid slipping, the power transmission mode of our extruder adopts gearbox connection rather than the belt connection.
