Technical Parameters

The thickness of the layer processed by nitrogen treatment can vary from 0.4mm to 0.7mm, and the distance between the screw and the screw barrel is no less than 940mm. Thanks to the double separation screw thread plus highly efficient mixing design, our product can ensure that the material is entirely plasticized and the color concentrate is mixed evenly.
