The system

FPEG series HDPE water supply and gas pipe extrusion line is a new type production line by adoption of the advanced European technology, which utilizes the energy saving and high efficiency measurement type single screw extruder. Our product realizes the closed loop control of extrusion velocity and hauling speed. It improves the pipe yield and effectively controls the wall thickness of pipe. Additionally, 3% HDPE material can be saved. Owing to the electromagnetic heating technique used for heating screw barrel and pipe mould, 30% electricity bill can be reduced and the heating rate is doubled.

To make the operation simple, this HDPE water supply and gas pipe extrusion line adopts PLC control. PLC control system is connected with both traction unit and cutting machine, which makes easy control, fast operating speed, as well as labor and time saving. All electrical devices come from such famous brands as Siemens, Schneider and Omron etc. Both variable screw pitch and unique screw structure are specially designed for PE raw material to ensure the plasticizing effect of material. To increase the yield by 15 to 20%, our product adopts the gravimetric feeding system, special feeding trough structure, as well as wonderful cooling system. Its cooling tank contains two vacuum chambers to improve the cooling effect, which also comes with a group of automatic control of both water temperature and water level to save much water and boost productivity.
