The HP-160Z 1-color turntable pad printer is designed especially for printing regular and small products. It can print almost every color on every material in the areas of necessities, toys, electrons, electrical equipment, plastics, leather, metal, glass, light industry, food package, etc.

The machine operates agilely and steadily with low voice. It can achieve fast printing. The turntable structure allows the substrate to be got and taken off easily. The product is designed with two programs including single cycling and automatic printing. Equipped with 4-digit automatic counter, the machine is semi-automatic. The position fixation can be conducted finely. The location can be adjustable at the directions of left/right and up/down. The 1-color turntable pad printer can also achieve printing delay and ink dipping. The German FESTO or Japanese SMC cylinder and electric components are adopted to ensure high product quality. The hardness of screw is 8.75 degree. The body of the product is made of cast alloy aluminum, which makes the product light and durable.
