The pulling chuck and frame of the single chuck screen stretching machine are all made of special aluminum alloy sections for avoiding deformation after being exerted with force. The chuck of the product adopts the new design of lock structure. Under the condition of high tension, the phenomena of slipping and loosing of the screen won’t happen. Meanwhile, the chuck can slide around to ensure even tension. Through tooth chain, the single pulling hand wheel transmits the power synchronously to assure the synchronization of the pulling force of the single-sided chuck. Furthermore, by taking pneumatic form, the screen can elevate flexibly and reliably. The single chuck screen stretching machine is produced for drawing screen plate, especially for the production of half-tone screen printing and high precision double-sided circuit board.
