The XYASY-E800/10006-color rotogravureprinter is designed to process paper and films of the type CPP, PET, or BOPP.It boasts shaftlesspneumatic plate lifting and a three-motor tension control system.

Our 6-color rotogravure printer is characterized by reasonable structure,simple operation, high registration precision, and low material waste. Printingspeeds of up to 90m/min canbe achieved with the maximum machinery speed of 110m/min.




Features
1. The mandrel is pulled along by thecylinder for plate installation. Screw rod calibrations will effectively resultin horizontal adjustments. This design speeds up plate changing and ensuressynchronicity while improving product quality.

2. Angle and direction parameters of the onboard ink scrapers may be freelyadjusted. Dual air cylinders are used to drive the scraper. Effective scraperusage prolongs plate service life.

3. Dual air cylinders automatically lock on to the cam during the embossingprocess. This procedure eliminates air cylinder leakage and prevents thecylinder from descending after the 6-color rotogravure printer stops; it guaranteeseven pressure distribution with no color deviations.

4. The color registration manipulator is adjusted by the synchronous motorthrough lead screw, achieving automatic color registration.
