1. ShaftlessPlate Mounting Mechanism
Air cylinder is used to drive the mandrel for plate mounting. Thehorizontal adjustment of plate is completed via screw.

3. Embossing Lifting Mechanism

4. Color Registration Manipulator
The manipulator is controlled via computer. Synchronous motor and ballscrew are adopted for automatic color registration.

6. Drying and Cooling Mechanism
The oven is equipped with centrifuge for blowingand suction. Heating pipes are distributed in the outlet of each oven. Thermalcycling is formed inside the oven and the temperature is controlled by smarttemperature controller.
