These components are further strengthened with advanced post-processingtechniques for grinding, hardening, carburizing, etc. The precision of ourgears are classified as level 6, based on the GB10095-88 standard. The hardnessof the gear surface is on par with the HRC56-62 standard.

3. The front end of the hollowoutput shaft has a thrust bearing with high safety rating. It is capable ofproviding the thrust needed for dependable extrusion from the screw rodbearing.

4. The unique horizontal designof the high strength reduction gearbox makes oil pump forced lubricationunnecessary.

5. Imported oil seals and othersealing components provide enhanced levels of safety and durability.

6. The elegantly shaped machinebody is crafted from a six-sided procedure that incorporates advancedresin-bonded sand molding techniques. It can be installed horizontally orvertically.

Usage
1.
Prior to using, please doublecheck the reduction gearbox to ensure the correctness of its model, drive ratio,gear distance, input method, and output shaft structure. Both the orientationand revolving direction of the input and output shafts should be inspected.

2. The type and brand of the lubricant oil should be selected in accordancewith product manual recommendations. After filling, screw on the vent-plug andunlock the cone-plug. Please perform these mandatory steps before attempting tostart up the reducer. Adequate lubricant oil must be maintained at all times.Oil change should be performed on a regular basis, especially after the first100 hours of use. Refer to the product manual for details.

3. In the event of a malfunction, stop the equipment and consult the reducerbox to ascertain the problem source. Maximum operating temperature of thecomponent is 95 degrees; maintain a temperature below this limit and thereducer will function normally without overheating the thin metallic plates.
