Application
The double head blown film line is used to produce LDPE and HDPE plasticfilms which are then made into vest bags and flat-rim bags that are utilizedfor packaging in industries such as food, textile, garment, etc.
Features
1. This blown film line is designed with two efficientheads. This compact design occupies less workshop space and allows for anincrease in production capacity while conserving energy and reducing overalllabor costs.
2. Both the cylinder and the screw rod of the extruder are made from premiumalloy steel. Post processing procedures such as nitriding and precision finishing imbue thecomponents with a high degree of hardness and corrosion resistance.
