HDPE/LDPE Blown Film Line

The HDPE/LDPE blown film line includes the barrel, extruder, and screw rod. Thesecomponents are made from high quality alloy steel and have undergone postprocessing procedures such as the nitriding treatmentfor optimal hardness and improved resistance against corrosion. The uniquelydesigned screw rod offers significantly higher yield and has excellent plasticsoftening capabilities.

Application
This blown film line is ideal formanufacturing films such as HDPE, LDPE, and LLDPE. The films can be used forthe packaging of food, clothing, and other items.
