The submersible slurry pump is the vertical single stage single suction cantilever type centrifugal pump. It is made of abrasion resistant alloy. The normal submerged depth of the product is 1.3m to 1.5m. It can also be customized to fit for the needs of customers. The suction pipe can be available if the customers have the needs. For there is no bearing and gland seal between impeller and pump body, the product is resistant to high temperature and doesn’t need maintenance. Furthermore, it can convey the medium containing solid particles with large concentration. The product is connected with electric motor through flexible coupling to achieve drive with the vertical motor mounted on the motor base. From the direction with motor, the product rotates clockwise.
Application Range
The submersible slurry pump is mainly used for mud solid control system such as feeding shale shaker from mud pit for HDD mud recycling, feeding desander and desilter, feeding decanting centrifuge and mining slurry separation system. So, it can be widely applied for sucking concentrated liquid, thick oil, oil residue, contaminated fluid, slurry, mortar, flowing sand, flowing sludge in urban sewage channel, corrosive liquid and the fluid containing sediment slag material in the industries involving in environmental protection, municipal engineering, thermal power generation, gas coking, oil refinery, steel making, mining, paper making, cement production, food production, printing and dying, etc.
Structure
The structure of the submersible slurry pump is showed in the following picture. The intermediate pipe connects the product with the hydraulic components. The drain pipe part is used for discharging the water. The main feature of the product is that the pump shaft under the fluid has enough rigidity.
