H Beam Welding Machine

The H beam welding machine makes use of submerged arc welding in the type of ship and it doesn’t move while working but the portal frame moves with frequency conversion speeder. The product is equipped with two groups of guide pillars on the cross beam and one set of welding head for each group. The motor is used to adjust the movement up and down and the manual adjustable device for the left and right movement. Due to the guide arc device for mechanical tracking for the weld joint, the product ensures excellent weld joint. The welding flux can be recycled automatically so that this product saves much labor. Our H beam welding machine can be applied in welding the arc, trapezoid, herringbone and other types of variable cross section H steel, as well as auto frame.
